SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All orders will be packed and processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow for shipping time after the order has been processed. See below for the shipping chart. Orders are not shipped on Saturday and orders are not shipped or delivered on Sunday.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (example: a big sale is going on), shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

When you shop Wholesale we ship directly from San Diego, California and processing begins as soon as your order is placed so we can get it to you FAST!

If you need to change the delivery address please contact us immediately to let us know the new address. If your package(s) are returned to us due to incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be charged the shipping cost again to cover the new shipping costs.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on weight and displayed at checkout. Our shipping rates are quite competitive and discounted shipping is applied for multiple items.

Send us an email to wholesale@piyogapants.com and include the following information. Please also include a note/slip in the package with your answers to the following questions to receive the fastest processing time:

2. Your Business Name
3. The Order # for the pants you are exchanging
4. Which pants you would like to send back
5. Which pants you would like instead
6. Why you want to return or exchange

Please note, all exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise noted. Items with manufacturing defects are not subject to the 25% fee.
